I’ve been working in IT Project Management since nearly 20 years in a wide variety of developments. This domains dived deeply into complexity following the multiplication of technological offers. When I started working with computers, programs were monolithic and there was a “kind” of mathematical predictability in the developments. Considering the numerous hardware and software bricks implied in a today development we can say that a modern project is another “beast”. This explains why I prefer the “Chief Orchestrator” term to “Project manager”.

Through this blog, I share my experiences and thoughts. I mostly write about methodology, technologies and IT evolution. I also talk about societal aspects and my involvement in social groups.
